Crown Trade – Matt Vinyl – RAL 1006 – 2.5L has the colour name Maize Yellow.
This RAL colour is in the Yellow hues category, part of the RAL Classic colour system.
Crown Trade Matt Vinyl Emulsion.
A premium quality matt, water based emulsion for interior use on wall and ceiling surfaces, where a flat non-reflective finish is required.
Crown Trade Matt Vinyl has excellent opacity with good colour retention and a low sheen finish, which is quick drying. A true flat matt.
Limitations:
Matt Vinyl is for interior use only.
Do not apply when air or substrate temperatures are likely to fall below 8ºC or when the relative humidity is above 80% during application or the drying period.
The paint is touch dry in 1 hour and recoatable after 4 hours.
Preparation:
All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied.
Porous surfaces should be coated with a ‘mist’ coat of Crown Trade Matt Vinyl diluted with 40% clean water by volume.
Remove all loose, failing or suspect paint.
Fill any fixing holes, cracks and shallow surface defects with a filler.
Any glossy or eggshell surfaces should be wet abraded to provide a key.
Rinse with clean water to remove all residues.
Allow to dry.
Coating System:
Apply two coats.
Certain colours may require additional coats to give complete coverage.
Application:
Stir well before use.
Apply using good quality tools – synthetic brush or medium pile roller.
For airless spray dilution may be required.

Cleaning:
Return surplus material to container. Wash tools & equipment with clean water or a warm soapy solution & rinse immediately after use.
Storage:
Store upright and secure.
Store in secure dry conditions inaccessible to children or animals.
Containers should be kept closed during storage.
Do not store below 5ºC or above 40ºC.
